Number of chains to be carried:

1. A truck with a maximum permissible weight of 3500 kg or more must carry at least 3 chains
   1 pcs. power chain suitable for the car’s front wheels
   2 pcs. (1 pair) chains suitable for the car’s drive wheels.
2. A car with a trailer or trailer where both parts have a permissible total weight of 3500 kg or more, if the car has twin wheels on the drive shaft, must carry at least 7 chains
   1 pcs. power chain suitable for the car’s front wheels
   4 pcs. (2 pairs) chains suitable for the car’s drive wheels
   2 pcs. (1 pair) chains suitable trailer or trailer

For a car with single wheels on the drive shaft or if the so-called twin chains are used, five chains are sufficient.
